PIXHAWK CUBE 2.1 with 2 Stepper motors

I have a PIXHAWK CUBE 2.1 and 2 stepper motors and i need to control my stepper motors by PAN and TILT from the PIXHAWK CUBE 2.1. Can you guide me ?

Hi optimium,

The PixHawk 2.1 is used to be a controller for platforms like UAV and Rovers and do not have what it takes to drive stepper motors.

I want to put on my UAV, robotic arm, for pan/tilt. and I want to control PAN motor and TILT motor from PIXHAWK 2.1 CUBE.

You cannot direclty control Stepper Motors with a PixHawk 2.1.
Those motors require a motor controller as well as signals (Direction & Pulses) to make them move.

The only way would be to find a stepper motor controller that use RC signal as the input.

It has an UEXT Connector.

Nice motor controller.
You need a way to talk to this motor controller from the PixHawk now.

I cannot really help in this department, it’s all coding.
