Pinch detect sensors not working

Hi There,

My litter robot is flashing blue and when i press “reset” it flashes yellow. I have read about faulty pinch detectors so have tried to “bypass” the mechanism by taping the pinch detectors together with electrical insulation tape but that doent make any difference. Still the blue flashing light and yellow flashing when hitting reset (will not cycle either).

Is there anything else I can try? Husband is not keen on buying another but I love my litter robot so im trying to fix it before resulting to scrapping it! many thanks

Sorry to hear about the problem.

It seems that you need to replace DFI sensor and anti-pinch pins.
