I gotta be missing something…
plug it in… the notch in the top of the chip goes to the notch in the little socket. --Don’t bend the pins…

-actually you might need to bend the pins just a little, the distance between the two rows of pins are just a little bit wider than the distance between the sockets on the 28x1 board.
