The picture of the picade console looks like the old button configuration. Is it the old one or the new one?

If you are referring to the Picade Console Raspberry Pi Gaming Kit, that one has the old button configuration and does not include a screen. If you are looking for the V2 you should look at the Picade Raspberry Pi Gaming Kit V2 and the Pimoroni 10-In Picade Raspberry Pi Gaming Kit V2, those two have the new button configuration and a display.
