hello i want to buy http://194.201.138.187/epages/Store.storefront/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Store.TechSupplies/Products/GBX010 servo but it says that is 180 rotation not 360. should i buy from somewhere else? (notice that in the manual says that any other servo combined with any pic axe board may make the microcontroller suffer from electrican noise)
what do i have to do!!?
Do you actually need a servo
Do you actually need a servo with 360° rotation? I can’t remember ever seeing a stock servo that could turn 360°, but they’re probably out there. If you want continuous rotation you can always open the servo up and pull out the limiters, which is fairly common practice.
We probably need more info about what you need this servo to do before we can help you much.
but if is not 360 how can
but if is not 360 how can the robot move??
servo’s
servos are a limited rotation gear motor with position control.
to move a robot you can use a motor driver and two dc motors like the start here robot. or you can follow telefox’s example and uses two servos with the limiters removed.

if i remove the limiters
if i remove the limiters will i have to program them differently? (note i have a pair of 360 rotation paralax servo’s will thay make “noise” to the microcontroller or i can use them normally
Continuous rotation servos (not 360)
Here is a mini example and a regular example from right here. The same signal now drives the servo one direction or another with a middle signal stopping it, but position control is no longer usable.
