Pi breakout board

Hello;

I would like to connect my Raspberry Pi (4B) to a breadboard.
To the best of my understanding
what I needed is what is called a “breakout kit”.
So, a couple of days ago, I bought the following kit fromm FreeNove:
FNK0080: Freenove Breakout Board for Raspberry Pi
from amazon.ca
But, when I received the kit, I was left with a couple of questions:

Question 1: Do I connect this part to my breadboard
using the single row of 20 male pins?
I think I do, but please confirm that.
Answer:

Question 2: My Raspberry Pi is a 4B which has 2 x 20 GPIO pins.
Do I need a 40-pin rainbow ribbon cable to connect this component to my Pi?
Again, I believe that I do, but please confirm.
Answer:

Question 3: If you sell these, let me know what product I need.

Thank you very much

Typically you connect the breakout board to your breadboard using those 20 male pins. The FreeNove Breakout Board for Raspberry Pi has 20 pins that should align with the rows on your breadboard. Just plug this row of 20 pins into the breadboard so that each pin is positioned in its breadboard row. Since your Raspberry Pi 4B has a 40-pin GPIO header, you’ll need a 40-pin ribbon cable to connect to the breakout board.
