PCMCIA port

I have a PCMCIA wireless card that is not being used. I was wondering if anyone has ever used one in their bot. I am looking for some information on the pins and I would like to get it to work with my BASIC ATOM.

Im pretty sure the cards have 64 or 68 pins. Hopefull we can make it work with like 4.

Most PCMCIA cards require a 16+ line parallel interface, data, address and control lines and all that. I’ve never seen one that was TX, RX interface back to the CPU. Or do you mean you have a serial port card?

These cards are more suited to an X86 style interface.

Which end of the PCMCIA card are you going to interface to the 'bot?
