PC wont detect Robotic Arm Edge

Hi there,

I have a robotic arm edge with PC controller kit. Recently I tried to connect, after a long time, but the PC failed to detect USB controller. Drivers were successfully installed, and the batteries were changed as well.

The Error msg I get on the main panel is “USB Device Disconnect”.

I am using Dell Laptop with Windows 10 on it.

Could you help me in this regards. Thanks.
