PBS-03JN couldn't be programmed

Hello,

I’m trying to connect a PBS-03JN to my device but I can’t program it. In fact when I plug the device to my computer, I can’t write or read whith the HOKUYO software. I plug my computer to the CN 42A connector, the PBS run (rotor is working and it detects me with the LED)

Have you some advices ? Because I reinstall many times the driver of the DB9 connector to USB, HOKUYO software and it still doesn’t work.
