I bought the laser head for Panowin F1 3D printer. Unable to make it work. Do someone can give me some hints.

To connect the laser head, I followed step by step Instructions from Panowin_F1_Laser_Head_User_Manual_V1.0_EN-2017. I can’t join it to this message as there is no possibility to do so. Connection is very easy to do, there is just one place where I can connect the laser to the machine and it is very clear.
I plug in the machine, and connect it to my computer via USB connection. The vent (fan) is working.
I try to use GBRL laser software (free download). It seem to not recongnize the laser Head
That where I am now.

Do you receive an error message ? How did you arrive to the conclusion that the laser head is not detected ? Please provide a screenshot.

Just got time to return to my problem.
Image GRBL-1 is what I have when I open GRBL
Image GRBL-2 is the image I import inot GRBL
Image GRBL-3 is the window open to define image size and create
Image GRBL-4 what I see when I clic on create, you can see that it is disconnected at bottom right
Image GRBL-5 what I have when it is connected
In my understanding, I think that GBRL has generated Gcode. If try to save the program, it tells me that this is a Gcode file
I can’t go further, there is no Gcode in the window ans cant clic on the arrow to start
Could you try to use Pango Software which is the suggested software to operate the Panowin ? Make sure to select “PanowinF1-Laser” in Print Select as in the attached picture.
In the meantime, we have contacted the manufacturer to ask them if the Panowin can be used with other softwares like LaserGRBL. We will let you know as soon as we get a reply.
We have received a confirmation from the manufacturer that the Panowin F1 + Laser works only with their software : Pango
Please try it with Pango and let us know how it goes.

I try wiht Pango: I went to preferences and selected Panowin-F1 Laser as suggested.
I prepared an image into Photoshop, grey scale and size smaller than printing bed.
Save this image in JPG and another one in PNG.
Cannot see image in the Pango software when I download, cannot save code on sd card, cannot start the laser.

Please follow the instructions provided in page 7 of the attached user manual.
We were able to load 'Lichen1.jpg". It took about 1 minute to load the picture in Pango and we were able to save the .pcode file (attached).
