Is there a Pan/Til nit on the market with positional feedback?

Apologies for the late reply. We are not aware of any pan/tilt units using Robotis / Dynamixel servos. One option (which would require you to construct the unit) might be:

This has a 25 tooth spline, so you’d need:

These might work with this pan/tilt, but the dimensions of the servo will need to be quite precise in order to fit:

To confirm the fit, compare the dimensions of the feedback servo above to a Hitec HS-422.
The other option would be to purchase two AX servos and the corresponding brackets to make a pan/tilt.

I think the best solution is your suggestion to make it one’s self. Or in my case convincing someone to
make it for me - not an easy task.
I like the look of the AX12 (et al) servos with digital position feedback and readable parameters. Great if power off
then an automatic restart is needed so one can position to a neutral position.
