Is there anything like the SPT200 but that will carry as much as 4 to 8 lbs. The gimbal style pan tilt systems are too bit and far too expensive for my needs.

The only Pan and Tilt that could carry up to 4 pounds would be the following:

Please note, the servos and the pan system are not included.
