Pairing RC-01 to PS2R-01

Does anyone know how to pair the RC-01 PS2 controller to the PS2R-01 receiver? I have tried many different approaches to no avail.

Two possible sources of error:

  1. Can you check the controller and that the “Lynxmotion” logo / sticker is curved at the edges (V1 sticker is quite flat against the controller)? Also, that the receiver has two red LEDs (V1 has one red and one green LED). V1 does not work with V2.
  2. Wiring might be wrong. What are you connecting it to - can you submit a photo, and what code did you use?
