I wanted to paint my Lynx 6 black … i read this in the how-to section

Lexan can also be painted, but use paint specifically designed for use with Polycarbonate. Your local hobby shop can help with this. There has also been some new developments in the paint industry specifically for plastics. Check out Krylon Fusion.

Is there any more detail that I can know before I get paint… like what to avoid … can i use normal spray paint?

No, normal spray paint will not work. It will flake and fall off.

You can use Lexan paint from a hobby store that sells R/C Trucks and bodies. The Clear Lexan bodies are painted with the same kind of paint that you need. Get the small cans of aerosol paint specifically for painting R/C Truck bodies.

I have also used paint for plastics from a hardware store. Krylon® Fusion for Plastic® with good results. They even have camo colors…
