P16-50-256-12-R Question

I want to build a device for my tow behind spreader to open and close the chute and set it at various positions.

I ordered a 16-R Linear Actuator with Servo Control 50mm 256:1 12 volts P16-50-256-12-R.

Never built anything with Arduino. Think i have an L298. And momentary contact switches. I want the linear actuator to fully open and close and have 3 or 4 buttons to program stop points.

Also want to control using rc…

Can you help me with a parts list and how to program an Arduino or whatever devise you recommend?

Can you help me/list the parts to buy.

Hi @jmuirman1 and welcome to our forum.

Since you bought L16-R linear actuator, I would suggest that you use Actuonix External RC Control Board Ext-R for L16 Actuators:

For Arduino code, I think it is not much complicated so you could ask ChatGPT to write it for you.
