Over torque error - litter robot 3 connect

Hello, I am consistently getting over torque errors on my litter robot 3 connect. Here’s what I have done so far:

  • ensured the litter level is at or below the indicated fill line
  • plugged into the wall directly using the supplied adapter
  • removed the bonnet and globe and cleaned any dust

I hope you can help out.

Sorry to hear about the problem.

If you run the cycle but with no litter inside the globe, do you get the same error?

Even with the litter inside, I don’t get the error when I manually run the cycle.

When there is no litter inside, there is no error?
