The pressure difference would be calculated using the flow rate, tube diameter of 3mm along with the viscosity of the liquid and length of tube between the input pressure and output pressure. Use the Hagen–Poiseuille equation to calculate P and Po. The motor operates at the same RPM so it should provide a constant pressure difference.
