You will have to adjust the settings of the app to make it work with you apparently

I followed all of the instructions. Helicopter still wont fly even with the bars all full
Have you bought this product with robotshop less than 60 days ago? I can transfer this to our ticket center if you want.
I bought it as a Christmas gift in december. Its collecting dust in its box since we cant get it to work and we cant get a live person on the phone to troubleshoot
