I see on many website, many differents informations about the maximum speed that can be detected by OPS241-A. I need a sensor that will be able to measure a maximum speed of 280km at a distance of 20m. Do you think this sensor will do that?

According to the manufacturer, the OPS241-A has a 1-25m (3-80’) detection range. However, keep in mind that in order to detect an object at 20m it has to be relatively large. For reference:
