I was wondering if anyone has seen, or know of anyone that has made their own, an Operator Control Unit (like they have for Tactical robots)? I’m really interested in reading/seeing what makes those darn things “tick”. Ideally, I want to eventually build my own but first I want to learn more about them. They seem to be much more complex then just slapping an FPV video monitor with receiver and a radio control system. I’m hoping to find anything on building these, whats inside and makes them “tick”, even just photographs of its innards if I cannot be provided any of the technical information. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t found anyone who has built their own control unit…
