Omniwheel Simulation and Control Question

I have designed some wheels that steer 360 degrees and have in hub motors. I have ideas about how to control the wheels fluidly with standard (gas, brake, steering wheel) controls and a “direction knob”. The wheels will all be controlled with software and I want to learn how I can simulate everything before I ever physically prototype anything. Any ideas welcome and appreciated! The first video seems to be a simulation. What else would you need? Code cannot really be “simulated”.
