The 60mm omni wheel, product Code : RB-Nex-75, looks fairly sturdy made of aluminum not plastic. Why does the load capacity only support 3kg? Is the wheel made of soft aluminum or flimsy bearings? How do they compare to the omni wheels you can purchase at Servocity or Andy Mark?
The response from the manufacturer: the reason for only 3Kg load capacity for 14145 is that it has been tested by our engineers, and cannot carry more, despite the construction appearing strong enough. Additional weight will destroy the coating of rollers, please understand.
