No, it cannot work with only RC receiver.
You would need a controller (Arduino for example) and then RC receiver connected to it.
Feel free to ask anything else.

Which relay board (5 or 8 channel) can I use only with RC receiver if they exist at all? I`m a newby here…

We have something, but not with so many relays. There are usually one or two.
Here are the examples:
There are bigger relay boards but controlled by bluetooth, wifi, USB or similar.
