i made an order for a ezbv4 and it got delivered to the wrong adres . because my ilness i cant get the pakage .
i asked for a redelivery to my house and that was not a problem . but they didn deliver . i ask robotstore ,
if they get the pakage back if they could resent it . it wil take atleast 45 days . witsh was no problem for me .
i did not ask for a refund , i did ask for a redeliver . its not my fault . now it looks ,
that robotstore doesn want to do anything and just keep my money then . this is not ok . robotstore please do ,
