Hello, my litter robot 3 stopped turning on. I have ordered a new power supply and no luck. Also checked the outlet and it is working fine. The buttons do get hot when plugged in but no light or movements. Any suggestions?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
This issue could be coming from the DFI sensor so we would recommend replacing it next.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice to check your warranty.
