No packets from LGT-92 GPS tracker on the Helium network

I registered my new Dragino LGT-92 LoraWan GPS tracker on the Helium netwwork.
It is charged, powered on, and the network says it is registered. But after driving around for 45 minutes in a major city, I still have zero packets transferred.

Anybody know what I can do?

thanks

HI @xabra and welcome to the forum.

I am not the expert in this field (not even a beginner  ) but are you sure if this device is capable for mining?

As far as I know, Dragino is still working on a device that can mine Helium. It is not on the market yet.

In any case, you can write to [email protected] for support.

Thank you.

It is not a miner or a gateway, it is just an end device (a lora sensor)

 sorry xabra - the manufacturer’s been swamped with requests for their products in relation to mining… likely a reflex to assume that’s the case. Perhaps the link above might help (pertains to the unit you have, so you may have skipped a step?)

I did follow this procedure for adding my device. It was easy and Helium console says the device is activated.

My problem is I am getting no packets.
If you have any thoughts as to why or how to debug please let me know. I have a ticket open with Dragino too.

thanks

Manufacturer seems to be in the best position, so hopefully they’ll reply soon. If not, follow up here and we’ll see if RobotShop can reach out to them on your behalf. Alternatively, if others see this post and have experience or suggestions, they might chime in.
