Neato BotVac not working. It turns on for about 15 seconds and then turns back off and not moving at all. It’s not giving me any error messages. Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to me that your battery might need to be replaced. I’ve linked you different batteries that you can buy depending on the model of Robot that you have:

If it’s been less than a year that you bought your Botvac, it might be something else, though. Please let us know if that it the case.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I purchased this for my wife last year for Christmas so I wouldn’t have thought the battery would already be dead. Please help me. Thank you!

Usually, batteries can last for more than a year but yours could be an exception.
I would try contacting Neato directly to get their input with your problem as they do the troubleshooting for their products

The batteries are only under warranty for 6 months and yours won’t be covered in your case since you bought it a year ago.
