No communication with cnc controller

V carved a sign today and went to carve another one and communication was lost with the controller I
Double checked all and everything is fine I’m pretty sure the cnc controller board has went bad what do I do
To fix this issue the machine is less then a year old
Any help would be greatly appreciated

do you still see the controller in your device manager? If not, your PC might got some auto-updates lately? (surprise, surprise)
What about the power-supply or onboard power regulator (don’t know which cnc-controller you talk about)
