No Bluetooth Connection For Dot Or Dash

I’m trying to set up Dash and Dot on Kindle Fire HD 8 and they won’t show up on the wonder, blocky or path apps. or I’ve tried restarting Bluetooth and resetting bots. They sync up to the phone just fine.
