I have just purchased a Neato XV Signature last week and am struggling to get any battery life from the vacuum. I have followed instructions and charged the unit overnight and i litterally got 5 min battery before it asked me to recharge. I have now recharged the hoover on 3 occasions and am still only getting 5 min run time. Can someone please help
Have you made sure that the switch inside the robot under the dust bin has been switched to on? It can take a few cleaning cycles for the robots batteries to come to peak performance. You may also verify that the robots batteries are well connected inside the robot. Disconnecting them and reconnecting them will help. You may also indicate that you have installed new batteries in the robots support menu.
If after 5-6 cleaning cycles the batteries still do not last, we suggest that you contact Neato Robotics or the store where it was purchased from for an exchange of your batteries.
