No access to code examples

Hello,

I recently bought this product: https://www.robotshop.com/ca/en/lte-4g-iot-m2m-optimized-cat1-module-na.html

The manufacturer itbrainpower.net offers example code for Arduino on their website: https://itbrainpower.net/downloads.php#l-LTE

The problem is that these resources are protected and I am required to enter my email, name, and IMEI of the module. When I do that, I’m getting this error message:

Bad email address or module IMEI!

I contacted them a week ago but am not getting a response. I assume since I bought the module from RobotShop (distributor) and not directly from itbrainpower.net (manufacturer), they don’t have my data in their system.

I do want to get hold of the code examples to help me get started with this module, so I am wondering if RobotShop has access to these resources? If not and I cannot get the module to work otherwise I will have to return it.

Been answered via Private Support. The manufacturer is sending links via email for downloads.
