Having just recently joined the LMR site…I just wanted to say hello. I was at Maker Faire this past Sept in NY and discovered Arduino…. And from there, stumbled upon this LMR community. I know next to nothing about building robots but I’m hoping that learning about robot building will increase my knowledge of electronics, programming, etc. I just ordered materials to fabricate the “getting started robot”… which looks really cool. Very excited. My background is prototype design and development, mostly mechanical, design and toy invention. So… looking forward to joining in the fun here. Great site and looks like a great bunch of talented and creative people.
