New robot thinks its full after every cycle

My new litter robot thinks it’s full every time it cycles even when its empty.the app tells me it’s full and I have to reset it every time

Hi,

The app uses an algorithm to estimate how full the unit is based off the number of times it normally has to cycle for the unit to be full. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation. Overtime, once the app has compiled more data, the estimation will become more accurate.

We would recommend that you reset the drawer indicator via the APP.

Note that the drawer should be empty 1-2 times per week with one cat and this will depend on the usage of the robot.

The Sensor can be resetted completely by holding the ‘‘Reset’’ button until the blue light blinks quickly. This should reset the sensor and come back to solid blue.

Let us know after some usage if you still have to empty or ‘reset’ the drawer each 2 days.
