New phone no litter robots on app

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I purchased a new phone and all information is there EXCEPT the 2 Litter robots. It wants me to set up new robots but when I try it states number is already taken !

Try first removing them from your old app on your old phone and then try adding to the new one.

I can’t do that that is the issue. If I hit account all info is there EXCEPT my litter robots. The only thing it will allow is to hit the plus to add one then it says that serial number is taken.

Please give us the serial numbers of your robots so we can ask manufacturer to remove them.
