New litter robot with noisy motor

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I have just received my new litter robot 3 and the motor is super loud. It sounds laboured. I have a video of the new one running compared to one of the ones I have previously bought. I have checked that it is all assembled correctly and the key if seated properly.

Is the new robot plugged directly into the wall?

Have you tried to test it without the globe to see if the same loud noise will appear?

The robot is plugged directly into the wall and I have run it without the globe too…it is still noisy.

This robot has now got the dredded blue flashing lights.
I have cleaned the dfi sensors and all connection pins. It won’t rotate at all.
Can you please send a new set of dfi please.

According to this serial number, the order number should be this one: 1194577

The robot is still under warranty so we will send you a new DFI sensor along with the 3 sets of pins to fix the issue.
