I have a litter robot 3 with this issue and I tried to clean all the contact but the lights are still flashing. What parts do I need to order and where do I order them from for the 3?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice to check your warranty.
If the cleaning didn’t help, then the DFI sensor will need to be replaced.
As for the 3 sets of contact pins, we will need to see them to decide if they will also need to be replaced or not.

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
