New LavvieBot S: Registration not working “Incorrect serial number.” PurrSong

Hi!

Today I’ve tried to register my refurbished Lavviebot S via PurrSong. The serial number under the top cover seems to be incorrect.
Serial number: LAV2-1621-83WU-P6JS
Order number: 1241902

Can you help me out? Thank you!!

Yes it is. Saying “This device is already registered”

The manufacturer is saying that the serial number isn’t associated with any accounts at the moment so please provide us with a picture of the label with the serial number to further investigate.

Also, please provide us with a screenshot of the error you are receiving on the app.
