New LavvieBot S: Registration not working "Incorrect serial number." PurrSong

Today I’ve tried to register my new Lavviebot S via PurrSong. The serial number under the top cover seems to be incorrect.
Serial number: LAV2-1631-X280-P9AV
Order: EU6768

How did you type this part of the number X280? Is the last character number zero 0 or letter O?

If the digit is crossed, it is number zero 0, if it is not crossed, it is letter O.

Now there‘s another error „This device is already registred.“
I bought a refurbished LavvieBot. Do you have any help?
