I have just finished fabrication of a 3 DOF hexapod robot, this design is not like the Eh3r robo. The prototype of this robo was exactly like the eh3r but we made changes and found that
eh3r used more than 125 screws , but this new design is so simple that it uses only around 50 screws and it is much more stable than eh3r.
Completely manufactured with aluminium sheets, die cated aluminium parts and small screws. This design has made the robot very stable but at the same time heavier.
post some pics
And? We need need pictures, a video, perhaps a sketch on a napkin, anything. Let’s see some pics!!!
Maybe they had to rob parts from their digital cameras to get it to work.
Why are you bragging up a robot as being more stable than an obsolete version of a robot we don’t even make anymore? Compare it to the current AH3-R if you want to impress me.
Humor-> Bring it on!
Sarcasm -> That’s what I look for in a walking robot, make it heavier.
Yeah! what he said! -----------------^
LOL.
I just made exact copies of all the SES brackets and I thought you might want to come buy them from my site instead of here. They are identical except I made them out of steel angle iron so they weight 15 oz each. Awesome hey!!
Buy them here…
