Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: I notice that cygbot Solid State lidar is now available at RobotShop (09/07/2021). I am looking for the product’s data sheet but the product’s page on the website does not include that information as I am writing this post. I am interested in using this sensor for a project on outdoor car robot.

Hardware concerned: I want to know if this sensor is suitable for outdoor application with light intensity between 10,000 lux - 25,000 lux.

Software concerned: I want to know if ROS packages are available for this sensor so that I can integrate this sensor into my robot’s ROS.

That sensor is only suitable for indoors.
