I have done an extensive Google search and have yet to find a distributor that will sell small quantities of 6mm id rigid shaft couplers here in the U.S.
Does anyone here have a U.S. source for this size of rigid coupler?

I’ve used 1/4" couplers and beer can shims for 6mm shafts on fixtures in the past… not pretty I suppose but it got the job done.
If you have the room and there isn’t much load on the shafts, this might work. servocity.com/html/clamping_hubs.html
Kind of bulky for your application though.
