Need to switch 12V 100mA SPST NO Relay fro. 2.7V

Hi,

I need to switch a 12V LED Buzzer from a 2.7V 300mA source.

Prefer Solid State, but must be SPST NO circuit.

I have found heaps with 3V activation, but nothing between 2 and 2.7V

I need 300 for an industrial project, so prefer to buy something off the shelf. I was hoping someone here might know a supplier, or could build 300.

Hi @Freshtrack and welcome to our forum.

I’ve searched for this, but I couldn’t find any SSR with 2.7V activation. All of them are 3VDC or more, and voltage between 2V and 3V seems to be grey area.

Maybe you can use step-up voltage regulator to bring 2.7V up to 3V?
