You can use a cable with a JST ZH-style like this one:
Or simply solder some Jumper Wires to the PCB

@geraldinebc15 Thanks for the response. Are you sure that will fit? This range finder has a smaller connector than any other Sharp IR range finder I have.

Here’s a note from the manufacturer:
Note: The GP2Y0A51SK is different from our other Sharp analog distance sensors with JST PH connectors in two important ways: it uses a different 3-pin connector (JST ZH) that is not compatible with our JST PH cables or 0.1″ connectors.
The RB-Pol-376 has a 3-pin female JST ZH-style connector so it will work with your Sharp sensor
