hello all. ive been searching high and low for this part:
its an electrical contact which allows two parts to spin 360 in relation to eachother while still maintaining electrical contact. usually looks like a metal disk with a wiper on the other side. im sure they are used in things like rotating security cameras where the camera does 360 turns, but its still hard wired.
im looking for a three ring type, which would allow me to control a servo through a 360 joint.
everybody knows what im talking about, but knowbody knows the actual name of it. this makes it hard to search for one!
thats actually a very good idea i hadnt thought of that, thanks. unfortunatly on this project i need a ring type becuase the shaft is located where this would go.
