I’m looking for a good switch to control some DC motors and it looks like the Bit Switch and PicoSwitch can do that task quite easily. Since they both are about the same price, I can’t decide which one I should choose. Does anyone have experience with either of these switches? The main attributes I care about is how reliable and easy to use(as in noob friendly) they are. Otherwise I might just flip a coin to decide. 
The Bit Switch has an FET output and is good for 3 amps. The PicoSwitch uses a mechanical relay and is good for 1 amp. Solid state is more reliable as it has no moving parts.
