So we have a showroom for custom apparel/merchandise however, we want it to be a self serve showroom - people will book appointments and we will give them a code into the shop. We want the ability to have someone walk in and once they walk in, a video begins playing on our monitors that explain the process, how to scan tags, order etc. I am not very high tech myself but was hoping someone could recommend some products that can make our vision a reality.

@jesalv Sounds like you need a motion activated TV or something similar. Since you don’t want to do any programming, it sounds like it’s best to go with an off the shelf consumer solution.
