Hello - I am trying to find the correct motor controller I can use for my application. I will be supplying 12 vdc to two of these motors
I’ve successfully built an Arduino controlled actuator using an L298N but these GS35D motors are much bigger and I don’t want to purchase something I will fry.

According to the datasheet provided, if you will supply these two motors with 12VDC, rated power would be around 100W. This would mean that the amperage is around 8.33A, so you should look for dual DC brushed motors controller with amperage higher than that.
