Bought a used controller for an Xtrem smart bot and now can’t get it to connect can anyone help

Maybe you can provide some photos of the robot and controller?

I’ve found this user guide for Xtreme Smart Bot:

The robot looks the same, but the controller looks different. Maybe you don’t have a correct version of the controller. Maybe this one you bought is not compatible.
Have you tried contacting manufacturer directly for support?
