Need advice on continuous servo and low cost controller

Hi all

Im new to this so bare with me.

I am after a controller for the continuous servo here

The application is a for a pot that can control its speed in clockwise and anti clockwise direction.

I am after the right controller and code for the unit (audrino 20 euro kit looks like the one for the job)

Please list me the requirements to upload a program to the audrino and if you know of any code to produce the above mentioned application please include.

anyone also know the torque specs at 4.8v and 6v

The torque would be in the range of ~38 oz-in at 6V and a bit less at 4.8V.
