Need a small motor

I am an artist that is adding motion to my sculptures. I am looking for a 12 volt motor that turns at 5 to 8 revolutions per minute. The motor needs to be able to fit inside a 2 inch tick piece of wood.

I can find motors that do this, but they are noisy - ie 45 db. I need something quieter than this.
Can you direct me to any motors that fit these requirements.

Hi Dennis,

The only 12V low noise motor we have is this one:

But it runs at 146 RPM so it means you would need to control the speed of the motor in some ways.

It will produce 68dBA (10 cm from the motor).

Now for the dimensions, it is less than 2 inches in diameter but it is around 5 inches in length.

Thank you for your reply, but the noise level is higher than the ones I have been using. Really would like to find a slow rpm motor with a db of about 35.
